What is a wholesale unit trust and why do we use this structure?
A wholesale unit trust grants you, the investor, units in a fund,
A unit represents a pro rata share of the value of the fund assets. For example, if the net value of assets is $100 and there are 100 units, the value per unit is $1.
The unit price will change with the underlying portfolio of global shares.
The unit trust is open ended. You are able to enter and exit each month, as detailed in the Information Memorandum.
For investments under $500,000, the unit trust is available to wholesale investors only, as defined by the Corporations Act (net assets of $2.5 million, or gross income of at least $250,000 for the past two financial years).
We also offer managed discretionary accounts. Please contact the team for more information +61402576262; firstname.lastname@example.org
