Ben explores the world for investment opportunities, as an analyst at Conduit. He focuses on the Gen-Z cohort, who represent almost 30% of the global population and are the fastest rising consumer across many product segments. As a Gen-Z, Ben is well positioned to empathise and immerse in rising trends, consumption patterns and values. Through his extensive network, Ben engages with public and private companies internationally, providing insights and information to Conduit’s research process. He has an Economics degree from the University of Sydney.
Conduit Capital is led by Founder and CEO Jack Dwyer. Jack has invested globally across asset classes over the past 15 years. He lived in London for more than a decade and worked for Soros Fund Management and Pacific Point Partners. He has visited over 50 countries. Jack is a proud dual Australian & British Citizen, a Young Global Leader of the Milken Institute and a member of NEXUS. He has an Economics (Social Science) degree from the University of Sydney and has completed the University of College London’s Blockchain Executive Education Programme.
Michael has relocated to Australia to join Conduit Capital, after 21 years in the UK. He has held senior roles in global equities including Co-Head of pan-European business. Michael has extensive experience across markets and financial products, in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. He has been involved in all aspects of the equities business including, sales, trading, risk management and compliance. Michael has strong relationships across global markets.
Michael started his career on the floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New South Wales.
Parag is a leading global strategy advisor, world traveler, and best-selling author. He is Founder & Managing Partner of FutureMap, a data and scenario based strategic advisory firm. Parag’s newest book is The Future is Asian: Commerce, Conflict & Culture in the 21st Century (2019). He is author of a trilogy of books on the future of world order beginning with The Second World: Empires and Influence in the New Global Order (2008), followed by How to Run the World: Charting a Course to the Next Renaissance (2011), and concluding with Connectography: Mapping the Future of Global Civilization (2016). He is also the author of Technocracy in America: Rise of the Info-State (2017) and co-author of Hybrid Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Human-Technology Civilization (2012).
Parag was named one of Esquire’s “75 Most Influential People of the 21st Century,” and featured in WIRED magazine’s “Smart List.” He holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, and Bachelors and Masters degrees from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He has traveled to nearly 150 countries and is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
Adrian has near 35 years experience in the financial services industry across banking, insurance, investments, financial advice and wealth management services. Adrian is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Porter Davis, a volume builder of homes in Victoria and Queensland and one of Australia’s largest and most awarded residential builders. Previously Mr Hondros was the Executive General Manager of Commonwealth Private Bank (Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong), CEO of St Andrew’s Australia and Executive General Manager of NAB Private Bank.
Mr Hondros has been a Director of several financial services organisations, including Director of Commonwealth Private Limited, Chairman of Commonwealth Private Limited and Trustee Director of Commonwealth Bank’s Group Super Board (and Chair of its Investment Committee). He is currently an Independent Director of CBHS, a Private Health Insurance fund for CBA employees and their families.
Mr Hondros holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UWA) Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting (ECU) Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (FINSIA) Diploma in Life Insurance (AII) and is an alumni of INSEAD’S Advanced Management Program (Fontainebleau, France).
Damien has served as CEO of Egon Zehnder from 2008 to 2014 and as its Chairman from 2010 to 2018. Mr. O’Brien joined Egon Zehnder in 1988 and since then he has been based in Australia, Asia and Europe. He is also a member of the boards of Ardagh Group, IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and St. Vincents Health Australia.
